Hero Homes plans housing project in Greater Noida

Hero Homes, the residential brand of Hero Realty, plans to develop a residential project at the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida. The project will be spread across approximately 17.3 acres with a development potential of nearly 60 lakh sq ft.

Location advantage

The development marks Hero Homes’ second project in Greater Noida and adds to the company’s presence in the NCR. The project is located within the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township and is expected to benefit from the Noida International Airport, the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and regional infrastructure investment in the area.

Hero Homes has delivered over 7.80 lakh sq metres of development and has 22.30 lakh sq metres under development and in the pipeline across NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
