If at any time You are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods / services You have purchased from Suppliers / Contractors / Manufacturers or Advertisers, You may call Suppliers / Contractors / Manufacturers or Advertisers for its resolution and may claim for a credit, replacement or refund of the purchased damaged or incorrect product to Suppliers / Contractors / Manufacturers orAdvertisers.

Further, You hereby confirm and agree that the You will not claim or allege anything against CRACINDIA in respect of the goods / services which are provided to you by the Supplier / Contractor / Manufacturer or Advertiser as the CRACINDIA do not have any refund policy.
