Sanghvi Crystal gets go-ahead for Goregaon construction

Sanghvi Realty has received a Commencement Certificate (CC) for its G+19 residential tower, Sanghvi Crystal, on S.V. Road, Goregaon West, from municipal authorities, permitting full-scale construction. The project is registered with MahaRERA under registration number PM1180002400050 and includes 1, 2 and 3 BHK residences.

Location

The development is located 700 metres from Goregaon and Ram Mandir railway stations, 140 metres from City Centre Mall and 2.5 km from Inorbit Mall. It is 4 km from the Western Express Highway and 2 km from New Link Road. St. John Universal School, VIBGYOR High School and Patkar College are within approximately 1 km, while SRV Hospital and Suvidha Hospital are within 600 metres. Nirlon Knowledge Park is 2.6 km away and International Business Park is 4.5 km away.
